This is a creative day- those who like to imagine and create. We will be working with cardboard, paint, glue and clay. In the afternoon, Kevala Studio will lead a hands-on workshop to create sculptural propagation devices, aiding coral restoration in Indonesia.

Objectives:

  • To create coral ecosystems from repurposed materials to develop an understanding of their variety, species, and how they connect with wider systems.

  • To collaborate with Kevala Clay to create sculptural propagation devices.

  • To contribute to coral restoration in Indonesia and understanding ways to become a coral steward.

Collaborating with:

Kevala Ceramics, who supports the Indonesia Biru Foundation. organization focused on marine research, restoration, & community development within the coastal areas of Lombok, Indonesia. 50% of their profit goes to this organisation.

Cost: 650K

Covers Kevala Coral Clay Workshop equipment, materials and lunch.
